I just bought 2 ocean revive T247 lights. When I plug them in both Ch1 and Ch2 are on. After setting the time, on off times and intensity nothing happens when the time comes. All the lights stay on all the time. I have watched videos and read threads with no solution. Someone please help me!

It sounds like the settings might not have been saved for some reason.
Since it is happening to both lights its prob not a manufacturing issue.
You could try to set the intensity to "0" just as a test.

I actually used that video to set them up, I have them both unplugged right now and I’m going to just start with one. I agree that it has to be something I’m doing or not doing because it is both.
