Ordered an acclimation box (the SHU) from Octo Aquatics (@cromag27) and the first one was not treated very well by UPS. The box was heavily damaged and the side of the acclimation box got smashed in. Contacted them right after opening the box and he got back to me immediately that he was going to ship another one out. The second one came yesterday and was in great condition and has a really good build quality.
Would recommend for their work and their customer service. One of the best companies I have ordered from since starting this hobby.
