The green octospawn has been retracted ever since a couple days i bout it, and is only getting worse. At night the tissue looks to be diying and is showing no signs of improving. I have a photo during day and night.

Parameters:
Ph 8.0
Ammonia 0ppm
Nitrite 0ppm
Nitrate 2ppm
Calcium 390ppm
Alk 7.1 dkh
Magnesium 1430ppm
Phosphate 0.1ppm

I will get back to you tomorrow, thank you for any help!

A thing that might have happened is a bacterial infection since it was a bit roughly handled while being put in, if it is that, will dips help?

It's hard to say but your nitrate and phos are definitely too low. Would be starving it at those numbers.
Phosphate is fine, nitrate could come up a bit but won’t cause this issue.

OP - did you dip it before putting it in? How long has it been in there did you say? Any tank mates (fish or crabs or shrimp) that you added that could be picking at it?

Also how did you test those numbers for your Params??
