Off Topic --- What's Everyone Doing For This Long Weekend?

Again, a pointless off topic discussion as to what everyone is doing for the weekend? Anything special? In my 30s I would have been camping the entire week by the river. We had a great place to go and hang out. But at 60, I'm just mellowing with my family. So what's everyone else doing???

to be fair i did have a week off, went on a quick roadtrip for a concert, went to sea world, and got food during that 6 days off
now it’s back to work is what i mean !

The older i get, the less I look for stuff to do. Soon it will be hunting season. Getting ready for that.

That's cool! Ya know, you're gonna look back on these times with your Pop with complete nostalgia. I spent a lot of time with my Pop and he really did good by me. He passed about 3 months ago (87) and I miss him terribly. It's the sign of a good Father.

Then you did proud!! THAT''S what I used to do in my 20s and 30s. At 60 now, I'm looking on those times again, cause I tell ya, when I retire, I'm going all over the place. Weekends on the Coast, Yellowstone (for the 3rd or 4th time), Montana, just because. I'm psyched!

I would kill for that! My build is in about 9 months (203g 48x39x25 Custom). We were gonna do our floors this summer, but we had so much OTHER things to do to this house, it (and the French Door) got extended out. So yeah.....All I can do is  talk about stuff!!!!

I have only hunted once. Rabbits. Scott got 21, Dad got 11 and I got 2. I was about 14 with a 20G. I was a tallish thin kid with not a lot of weight on me. So it knocked me back pretty good (We DID eat them, so nothing went to waste). I had fun!
