The really nice thing about the build threads is all the information and ideas you can pull from them for integration into your own setup.
Couldnt agree more, how're you liking the H80?

It has worked well for me but if I had to do it over, I'd probably go with the H380 instead. I'm planning on using a pair of H380s on the 150g build.Couldnt agree more, how're you liking the H80?

Where is this 150 build you speak of?
I purchased the H80 early on, talking like June, and since then have been wishing I spend the extra $150 and picked up the 380. I might eventually upgrade and then make a small refugium on a frag tank or something for the H80.
I cant fault its ability to grow macro algae as I have a very densely packed refugium but there is likely room for improvement with the H380.
As for the 150g build, things are moving slowly for the time being. The stand and conopy are under construction by a local builder and I'm still gathering parts. I started to purchase Radions for the build but decided to use Kessils again instead. The current plan is to use five A360WEs and four, 80w T5s.
It was just rubble from part of a refugium starter pack. Also, looks like you may have a substrate in the sump as well... if so what kind? Nice tank by the way...
It isn't bad if you're consistent with it.Tank looks great but that sump area is beautiful! Makes me feel bad how dirty and random I keep mine haha.
