Update on my dad. He had his surgery today. He ended up having to have 5 bypasses. He came through the surgery ok. He's not completely out of the woods yet but he seems to be doing well. Thank you all for the prayers.
That good to hear. We will keep praying

Please pray for our son Steven he has been sick n getting worse his fever has triggered seizures and has been told he's got pneumonia. He's going to be ok but is really sick and temperature has been staying between 102.5-103.7 for 4th day now so needs the antibiotics and meds to kick in and get working. Thank you everyone and this week I've gotten another good scans report.
Will do, I'll forward this on to the church prayer group as well.

This month and next month are going to be and are very intense.

-fiance needs their gallbladder removed, but no insurance means having to wait
-new job for me
-possibly moving

Please pray for my fiance to get the help they need, my job transition goes well, and that the move (if it happens) goes smoothly.

Yes, I agree it's horrible and I hope the country and citizens don't feel like they have to live in fear. I hope the best for the families and friends who grieving and have been affected/effected by this horrible event.

Having a pastor on staff is a blessing to us all. Please add me to your list that my back heals properly so I can finally return to work pain free and provide for my family. The last 2 years have been the hardest.. I've had 3 surgeries on my lower back to try and ease the pain. In late October last year I had my L5 S1 fused together. The plan is 6 months recovery but I'm still in a lot of pain. Dr. Said its due to extensive nerve damage and will take a long time to bounce back if it ever does. So yeah I guess that's what's on my mind tonight.. Not even my birthday right now. (midnight tic toc) that's depressing because I feel really old and I'm only 38.. Welding + I guess not lifting right has taken its toll over the years.. But enough of my rambling.. Thanks R3v, truly for all you do. I actually looked up your church. I want to move to warmer climate.. (Tx,Az) wife wants Ga. So if If I lose my job or can't recover enough to return it maybe in Gods plan to sell the house and move. And since the wife always wins it will probably be Ga.. If so, I will be stopping on the way through, as I'd love to hear you preach. Not sure of your style.. I love expository but I can listen to guys like Francis Chan and Ravi Zacharias for hours.

You are and have been in our prayers since the thread about dealing with disabilities and reefing. Hopefully you find relief from pain.

This feels kind of odd , asking for prayers on a reef forum but I need prayers about a job i'm trying to get. I have 6 weeks worth of work left at my current job , then I will be let go. I have a family member who was suppose to have me a job lined up by this date but it seems there just has been so many set backs , without God intervening I can't see it happening. I was trying to get into the computer IT field ( pass my CCNA Certification 6 months ago) and get away from manufacturing but if this job doesn't happen I will have to look for employment in my current field ( manufacturing ). If you don't mind pray that God helps my situation and helps me with my worrying about the future. Thank you guys
