Hello,

I've been lurking for a while but never posted until now, so I thought I'd get me feet wet. This is an addicting hobby, and I am glad communities like this one exist to pass on the knowledge and fun. Ze main tank is a 200G acrylic with which I am having troubles with scratches and micro particles in the water. They just wont go away!

Very nice mixed reef! Do you have any plans to incorporate some SPS in the future, or stay with softies and LPS?

Nice tank, how long has it been set up? I noticed many colonies that were either not encrusted or are still on clean frag plugs. You may just be seeing an issue with a new setup and need to give it time.

Can you give us more info on the tank like does it have a sump? Also are there baffles in the sump to control bubbles? the particles could be either sand from too much flow or bubbles from the sump. It it is scratching, what are you using to clean the acryllic? I am assuming the scratches are on the inside of the tank...
