Old man returning!

Welcome to R2R, and welcome back to the hobby. Is there any reason you are looking to use a trickle filter? I’ve only been in the hobby since they have been phased out so I’m not too familiar with them.
Yes, the aquarium was designed with it built in, so in theory it should give me my aerobic and anaerobic filtration. Other than that I will probably need a good skimmer, we used Tunze back in the day but not sure what’s available now. Cheers Gary.

Very neat! I’ll have to do a bit more research on the topic!

I feel your pain, brother. I'm 60 and am coming back after a 12 year hiatus. I really think that, at times, the old adage regarding dogs and tricks holds more truth than I'd like to admit to. But hey! It's OK. We'll get there! Welcome!!!!
