I have a tank that was used with copper treatment. Is it possible to clean it out and reuse the glass aquarium and heater for a betta fish?

thank you!

may be minimum amount from silicone, but nothing to worry about ,a little carbon will take care of that.

the copper will not be harmful to fish, if adding live plants/inverts,would ,maybe pick up a hob filter ,run through there.
heading to bed soon, but what size tank, how blue is silicone ?
can you post a pic of silicone seams?
