Older RSA 250 help

I purchased an older RSA250 protein skimmer for a buddy a few months back. I plugged it in and the pump was hesitant to start after a little banging it around it finally started. I thought every thing was ok until my buddy got his tank up and running and the skimmer did not work. This would be the second time the pump has been on. I opened it up and the cylinder magnet is cracked. Where can I find a replacement for it? I also wanted to know if there is a off brand that could be used instead maybe save me a little money. I could not find any markings on the pump but it looks like the original ones sold by Euro-Reef for that skimmer.

I found what I believe to be a new impeller for $80 and not 100% it will fit the pump. Are there any known replacements?

I found the impeller I was told I need by Reef Dynamics however it is a $80 part with $14 shipping charge. Is there any alternitives to using their EPSP5 impeller. Maybe a cheaper off brand?
