Hello reefers,
I know I am playing a very old record, but want to know your experience with good online fish store which is reliable and if possible does not use cyanide method of fishing ( MAC certified).

I know LA (divers den) is pretty popular, but I have first hand experience with freshwater fish from LA. I ordered around 50-60 fish for my freshwater show tank and it had 80% mortality. I am tempted to go the LA route, but can't forget my own experience.
Maybe they treat saltwater fish differently.

I am planning on stocking my 200 gallon mixed reef tank, so am concerned about quality..

Thanks in advance..

Nah, don't go with LA. Your experience won't be any different with saltwater most likely. Some people have great experience with them, but from what I can tell, most don't. I may be biased because I didn't (I was a bit luckier than you with saltwater live stock, only 50% mortality lol). But I think even 10% mortality is unacceptable, so anyways.

https://cultivatedreef.com/ is my go to when it comes to first choice, their live stock had always been top quality. Like not just 0% mortality rate, but like actually good quality too. They only sell aquacultured live stock, so obviously does not use any method of fishing. XD

TSM Aquatics is also often thrown around as a very reliable source, you can try them as well. I don't know if they are MAC certified (or rather, if their sources are MAC certified) though, but you can try contacting them to see.
