Opaque lumps on snail

So one of my snails has 3 opaque lumps on it which looks like has white stuff inside it. Looks like a sponge or lump of eggs or something.

Appears to be calcium build up. Is it hard to the touch?

Ok better pictures. Got a filter for my phone camera... the bumps don’t seem to be growing or changing. It’s been a month.

Actually... I take it back, they do look like they’re growing...
