When you spot feed them aminos do you stop flow and squirt it at them? Or blend it in with like reefroids to a paste? Acropower says to broadcast feed it. TYIA
I stop flow and feed. The paste may work better as no mater how slow the flow it takes a bit for the scoly to go into feeding mode. So some ends up being broadcast. I slowly feed 2ml. Start with a little squirt then when the scoly cups up and opens tentacles I feed the rest. Mine also gets some tdo pellets as they fall to the bottom. If I feed in a certain spot some make it down to him. Not direct feeding but he gets some.

I will also say I find less is more. Feels like it takes more energy to eat the big stuff. That's why I keep it liquid with only a few small items that drift by. Killed a scoly or two trying to feed them to much while they were recovering. I do the same thing. Buy the beat up ones for cheap and try to save them.
