After asking some questions questions of ekoral and looking into their product a bit more I was not impressed enough to put off my purchase of a Neptune Apex. My questions were being answered and directed to Taiwan which is not a good sign for U.S. and North American buyers.
We need U.S. and North America support and service, not someone half way around the world. Additionally anyone who wants to be on the bleeding edge of a new product from an unknown company with no U.S. and North America sales, support and service is asking for trouble.
Maybe, just maybe after they get the product into the hands of several reliable reviewers and get their U.S. and North America sales, support and service center up and running with TRAINED, KNOWLEDGEABLE tech's then and only then will they be a viable option for the hard earned dollars of the reefing community.
Until then it is Buyer Beware.
