Opinions on my stand

Which do you guys think will look better on my stand? Painting the wood trim white or staining it?

The panels arent going to be changed from what they are now. Only the trim

Personally, I really love the look of white stands on wood floors.
But, I have also seen some fantastic looking stained stands too.

I’d paint the trim. Either a dark Expresso color or a brown that is just slightly darker pigment wise.
Are the panels polyurethaned or composite?
I’m guessing they are protected from exposure in some way as they are pictured now.

I personally would stain it. Then, if I didn’t like how it looks I would paint over it.

I love stained stands. Stain all the way (but paint the inside white)!

Paint the whole thing white. Latex primer helps waterproof it as well.

That wood looks like something I would paint. More nots and rings needed for eye captivating stains!

If you decided to stain, be sure to check the correct type of stain and preconditioner (if any) to use before applying.

I looks really nice @Wolf89 ! The only reason I said to paint is because you have light walls and white trim on the walls.
If you had stained oak trim on walls I would have said stain it.
