Options for 3 tank basic control.....

So ive got 3 aios all going to be setup essentially next to eachother and want to add some basic control to them just as added safety.....at this point i only want 2 things temp control which means i will need capactiy for 3 temp probes and the 2nd is the ability to add 3 water level switches (optical or float) so that if ato fails i can shut it down

So where does that leave me for controlers? Also interested in what modules ext id need as it currently has me kind of confused
