Options for low nutrients becoming high nutrients?

My po4 and no3 have skyrocketed, see picture. What are my options for getting these numbers back to acceptable? 80% WC, GFO, lanthanum, ATS, sulfur denitrification, fug, other or all?
Or should I just accept being a high nutrient system???

What were they before this enormous increase? Lol.
 
Phosphate seems fine?

Personally, I shoot for 0.1 PPM Phosphate to give me some wiggle room.

And I rarely see the Nitate LR checker, I know the ULR version is highly preferable. But given the number you show that actually seems like the opposite problem, super low nitrate...
 
I expect this is intended as a dig at those (like me) for whom those levels are below my minimum recommendation, rather than a true request for help. Lol
