Old evolution 120w leds.

AEFW are the worst. Sucks but at least you can grow out a piece from the old colony again.

Worked out for the best. I got rid of the aefw and the redbugs at the same time. All acros are much nicer now.

What did you do to get rid of them?

Set up a 40b as QT. Removed every acro and dipped in Bayer. I left the display fallow for a few months and moved the acros back in. The key is to not keep any plugs, rock or dead skeleton that the eggs could be attached to. Anything rock with acro growing on it was dried and recycled later. Any dead skeleton or bare spots were trimmed off too. Only healthy sps frags where kept and dipped. Any questions and it was trashed.

**** a complete redo. Glad everything is looking even better now!

unfortunately, that's the only way to do it. I did the same thing with my tank awhile back and things have looked amazing ever since. It was worth the all the heartache in the end!

Agreed! Should have done it sooner. I have a frag tank/coral QT now. Wouldn't have it any other way from here on out.
