Today I was doing a large water change (around 40%) to help remove/dilute Flucanazole that was dosed several weeks ago.
The water had dropped low enough to expose several acros for a short time…no big deal, right? Well after filling the tank back up I noticed those acros had slimed over and were throwing mesenterial filaments (as expected). What wasn’t expected was seeing the Green Planets slime glowing green. I’ve never seen an acros slime with zooxanthelae before. Is this normal? Should I be concerned? Shortly after it was back to normal with some of the best PE it’s ever displayed.
