Orca/6255?

Rvitko: maybe you can help me out. I need to send in the Orca that is now broken, that is fine with me and will do it this week. The second part of my question to support was; what do I need to order to receive the upgraded brackets because I have 3 more Orca's, support went silent and I'm left with no answer. I just want to order the parts.

How are you contacting them? Support in the app is no longer attended, if you are emailing [email protected] you should get an answer (note for US customers this email is for Europe, for US use [email protected])

I contacted support via WhatsApp. I will email them, that might work better.

Yeah, not sure what is going on. Send mail on 7e stating I want to buy brackets for the Orca, received a reply asking if I need them for a Orca....uhm yes that is what I want to order yes and then up to today no answer. For now I pulled all Orca's from the tank, used the magnets and increased pump intensity. I'm away for 2 weeks and don't want the bracket to break while I'm gone.

Yes, this is likely because only last week did they finish changing the production, this new plastic required some changes to the molding to account for the viscosity and cool time, as well as the pressure of the feed and was a little more involved, I think the reason they asked is that generally these are free so we are not wanting people to "order" just ask, but they only now are being produced at scale, until the changes were made we only produced some dozen and had a lot of blemishes and rejects. I would just ask again.

Received email, my previous reply got send to the spam folder which can happen. Support is sending me the new brackets for all 4 Orca's for free. I will receive them in about 1-2 weeks.

While I'm away I received this picture. Very happy to see the improvements. When I'm back I will put these on the tank. Is there some limitation in place that I need to think of running the 6255's on the Orca's?
