Hello @AlgaeBarn , I had placed my first order with yall which I was really looking forward to, on 2/25 which said would ship on 2/25. Havent received any other information. I hear plenty positive reviews for your company but this does not help. I ordered a certain day hoping it would be shipped on the proper date to make sure someone would be home.

Please give some assistance thanks.

This is completely my fault (Sean)! We didn't update our shipping cutoff date on the checkout page. I'm busy coding away at an awesome new Shipping Date (and estimated arrival date calculator) for those pages, but until we get that online, I still make mistakes here and there. Your order should have shipped out yesterday, but please send me your order number and we will get this resolved!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It looks like we had actually gotten this shipped Monday, but I'm not seeing any movement on the package. After talking with you, we will be getting this shipped out to you tomorrow for arrival Saturday!

**UPDATE**

So last night at 830 PM my phone rings. As I look at the number its from out of state and I immediately started screaming explicit words about darn telemarketers calling so late. Against my better judgment I answer the phone and I'm greeted with, "hello, this is Sean with AlgeaBarn". Totally took me off guard and I had to ask him to repeat who it was. He calls me to speak about my shipment issue. After we speak for a few minutes, he offers to correct my issue and does so.

After we hung up I was still taken back by this. I have ordered many things online and have had many issues. NEVER had I received a phone call from a vendor about my shipment.

This is totally what customer service is about and I will most certainly be doing business again with them and I tell everyone dont hesitate when ordering from AlgeaBarn.

Well this is good to hear. Thanks for sharing. I too heard good things. I recently had my first order with this company. It was incorrect and I'm still waiting to hear from them.
