When programming, I save my "template." But when I check back, only the times have actually saved, not the intensity percentages. Is that normal or did I forget a step?

When I did mine I started in acclimation mode. Made the changes and pushed send to lights. It then saved it and allowed me to name it.

But when you go back to your setting (like if you wanted to make a time/intensity change) does it show the changes? Mine only shows time changes. Intensity always resets to what looks like the original defaults.

My times and intensities save. The only odd thing that I see is that sometimes when go to select a program after doing one of the “quick” programs to take pic or whatnot, is that my custom programs don’t show up. If I kill the app and restart it, then they show up.

dang. even if I select channel 2, then go back and select channel 1... my intensity setting will disappear and revert to some random default. Basically anything I do cause the settings to revert.

So weird.

Side (but maybe related?) question:

The top of the program page always says SHOW ACCLIMATION. Is that normal?

Mine says “SLOW ACCLIMATION.” Did you change the title? To create a new program, I just edit an existing program and it then becomes “unnamed program”. Then you can change the name and hit “send” to save it.

No title change. I'm using both gen 1 and gen 2 and the app always says "SHOW"

AH HA!

When you go to the program page it defaults to a selection of "ALL"

If you select the individual light, it will show what actual program is running.

edit: NEVER MIND. It still doesn't save intensity settings. :/

You must SAVE. Although mine holds last known settings, it can switch and likely for the worse (burning corals)

Are you overwriting an existing program they installed or one of yours? I don’t know if it matters but it might need to be your custom program. I have never had this issue but I use my own named program.

I have had no issues at all, it’s not sleek but never has it changed programs other been otherwise troublesome and I lose internet way too much.

The only 'save' I've seen is when it asks you to name the new settings. And even that doesn't save the intensity changes.
I believe mine says " SEND" for save

And send for save doesn’t save the program?

No. As I've been saying, it will only save changes to the times, not the intensity percentages.

Ok sorry I don’t realize you were hitting send.

Sounds like you will need orphek support as it appears to be a unique issue. Too bad there isn’t an easy way to video it since it’s an app on your phone.
