When programming, I save my "template." But when I check back, only the times have actually saved, not the intensity percentages. Is that normal or did I forget a step?

When I did mine I started in acclimation mode. Made the changes and pushed send to lights. It then saved it and allowed me to name it.

My times and intensities save. The only odd thing that I see is that sometimes when go to select a program after doing one of the “quick” programs to take pic or whatnot, is that my custom programs don’t show up. If I kill the app and restart it, then they show up.

Mine says “SLOW ACCLIMATION.” Did you change the title? To create a new program, I just edit an existing program and it then becomes “unnamed program”. Then you can change the name and hit “send” to save it.Side (but maybe related?) question:
The top of the program page always says SHOW ACCLIMATION. Is that normal?

You must SAVE. Although mine holds last known settings, it can switch and likely for the worse (burning corals)
I believe mine says " SEND" for saveThe only 'save' I've seen is when it asks you to name the new settings. And even that doesn't save the intensity changes.
Are you overwriting an existing program they installed or one of yours? I don’t know if it matters but it might need to be your custom program. I have never had this issue but I use my own named program.
No. As I've been saying, it will only save changes to the times, not the intensity percentages. And send for save doesn’t save the program?
