Orphek help

Hi, I am currently struggling to get my Orphek OR4 bars to work properly. Every time I try and access them in the app they will say there are off line and can’t be reached. I have tried turning the off and back on. Disconnecting from them and reconnecting from the devices and I can’t seem to get them to connect. They appear to be following the previously set schedule, and I can see the lights turn on but I can’t access them or see if they are in the correct schedule. They had been previously working have stopped connecting to the app as of this past month or so. My OR3 with the wifi controller are working just fine.
