man, ever since my nem has hosted my clowns, they are vicious whenever I put my hand in the tank - regardless of where my hand is but it's particularly intense when my hand is near the nem. I have two black and white occys and they sure pack a mean bite!

Just wanted to vent since my arm and hand still hurt after a water change.

My snowflakes bit way harder than my black ocelerris do!

it hurts - it's every time I put my hand in the tank! I guess it helps to keep my hands out of the tank which is better anyway :)

If they are that aggressive, it sounds like there might be some eggs in your future ;) Also, punch them in the face, I find that helps

really??!!! that would be awesome - I do kind of punch them actually lol - I've had them about 2 years so I'm thinking they should be close to spawning I hope

I'm trying to get mine to lay eggs. Would be nice because I'm trying to get into the breeding side of clowns.

me too, or at least I'd love to give it a try. It seems very challenging but I'd like that

They're right around that age where it's coming, and with the increased aggression, that is a good sign that things are coming along, very nice clowns.
