Our 40B!

well never really shared many pics here of our setups becuase well compared to most here its kinda embarrasing!! lol but this one is actually doign very well atm with the limited setup it is right now. Planning on adding a overflow and sump in the near future but atm its just a 40B with a HOB skimmer and 4 x 39w T5 ho nova extreme SLR's running 2 aquablue specials, 1 blue plus, and 1 fiji purple.

currently home to:
2 ? clowns from Jay's Homegrown Clowns in Gardner KS.
1 bi-color blenny
1 red mandarin
1 cleaner wrasse

2 electric blue hermit crabs
1 halloween hermit crab
1 porcelan crab
dozenor2 reef hermits

and a mix of snails.

have a chalice taht has come back from the dead since being moved here, and a lobo that is doing well and loves to eat! will have to find our camara and upload some more photos. sorry they are such bad pics, point of sale camera isnt the greatest :squigglemouth:

but anyway dont be to hard on us, hoping to basically let this one grow out. its more for amanda to do what she wants with.

The colors on your frag rack are looking great! The 40B is looking good so far.

Thanks! Most everything on the rack started out 2-5 polyp frags.

Nice looking tank Alex! Looks like it's time to mount some of those frag plugs onto your LR before the zoas start growing onto the rack!

yea lol actually some already have :neutral: was originally planned to move them over into the 75 but as of right now its cheaper to just keep one tank with coral and not have to dose 2 all the time. although i dont have to does much with the kent's reef salt im using! plannign to try and start placing them around the tank soon!! amanda said she wanted the whole tank covered in color and movement! so the best choice is LPS and z/p's lol

well i need ot update this to hopefully when a skimmer to put on the sump, that will hopefully be goign on it soon!!!

got some SPS for free.... hopefully can keep them a live so when the guy gets his tank started back up i can give him some back in return!!! first real try with sps besides soem porite (?) that has the x-mas tree worms.

been in tank only about 36hours at this point.

this one is goign on about 4-5months with us

also here is the scoly i posted about a few months back that wasnt doign to hot.. making a strong recovery with 100% tissue cover just trying to get some color back now!!
sorry for the bad pic all i got is cell phone =/ , but hopefully new camara for xmas!!!!
