I have 130 gallon crystalline tank that’s 60 x 24 x 24 roughly. it’s got lots of live rock, caves but plenty of open space for swimming. It has a 40 gallon sump with an oversized octopus protein skimmer.

I have a beautiful pair of blue throat triggers, two clown fish, a six line wrasse and would like to add a small (1.25”) Biota captive bred yellow tang. Is the tang too much? If I added it to my 130g tank with two blue throat triggers would I be overstocked? Love to get peoples’ opinions.

If I’m honest, it sounds like you could get Atleast 3 more fish in there. I have a 4’ and it’s at a total of 12 fish. 3 of them get around a similar size to the Triggers you have (If not just a bit smaller).

The triggers and tang likely won't notice each other. As long as your nutrients are under control, go for it. The tank is big enough.
