I am in the initial stages of setting up a different tank. I am going to implement ozone into this system. My question for all is a ozone reactor necessary? Are there other options out there? DIY? Or am I better off getting a reactor. Give me all the pros and cons of using a reactor and explain why you did or did not use one.

Thank you in advance.

I just ran the output of my ozone generator directly into my skimmer air intake. Worked great. You need to make sure that your skimmer is "ozone safe". Ozone will make certain plastics very brittle.
