Hey everyone I'm just wondering what paint is safe to touch this up with it's just a mount that holds up a T5 fixture that sits on both sides of the glass

You could use spray on rubber like this.

Do any local business do media blasting and powder coating? These could be refinished with powder coat to make them WAY more resilient to the harsh marine environment!
