Many folks have different opinions on stuff like this. I would tarp the tank while painting and keep your windows open for a couple days with a fan circulating the air if the weather permits. I don't think doors and trim will be an issue. I would use a low VOC paint (see website below). However, you are the one who needs to take the risk -- so you will determine what you are comfortable with. Good luck!
