Paired Clownfish dying after adding turbo snail (white stringy poop)

After adding turbo snails clownfish stopped eating and now gasping for air with white stringy poop. My LFS is open for another hour or so what product should I pick up?

White stringy poop is normally an internal parasite. Not sure if/how it's related to heavy breathing. Might be a couple things going on.
