This is a type of hydroid. The exact species i do not know. You'll need to ask

They're probably actually jellyfish polyps instead of hydroids, but for aquarium purposes, there's not really a meaningful difference:
They're either colonial hydroids or Nausithoid jellyfish polyps (probably from the Nausithoe genus)
Or jellyfish polyps, yeah - the clearest examples I know at the moment:
