Paly removal from Duncan

Hello all.....
I'm still a newbie when it comes to saltwater tanks. I wish I would've moved my Duncan when I saw 1 paly at the beginning, but didn't think they would take over the way that they have. I'm terrified of trying to remove my Duncan that's completely surrounded by palythoa. Any advice to remove them would be greatly appreciated! I don't want to kill off the whole colony, since it's the best growing thing I have in the tank.

It’s happened to everyone that can grow coral.
They look very healthy, good job!
Get a small container of tank water.
Wear gloves paly are poisonous.
Get a blade and gently scrape and or slice off the Duncan.
You can dip them which is recommended or just gently rinse them a little in another container.
Place back into tank but throw away the water. Do not put that water back into the tank.
