Looks like a paly to me... but some can be hard to tell the difference. The coral will tell you if it's happy where you put it...i can't tell your par, flow, etc... by a picture. Just watch the coral and how it responds...

Care is the same for both. They grow pretty fast so make sure you don’t mind a bunch of those dudes where you put it
