Paly's identification

the photo is a group of palys that came in with the live rock when I first started the tank in Jan 2015. The one paly is growing a round ball on top of it. Any suggestions if that's normal or able to identify this species. Thanks for your help

Mine do that occasionally. I have a yellow star polyp that is so big we call it a tumor. It may let loose. Be aware.
