Then solve your issue and buy a "apogee Par meter. Only $300+ depending on condition and model . PS: Chill dude

I thought the point of forums like these is so that people who have them can help ??
Not to mention I don't have $300 to throw around. As a government lucturer even I only earn below $400 per month.

I worked on the test tank as much as I could yesterday and this morning. I've come down with a stomach bug/flu and am going back to bed. I'll test ASAP.
