So just wondering what a good overall PAR should be in my tank, right now i am getting 250 where my monti's sit, only have one acro a red planet sitting in the same PAR, LPS are sitting on the sand at about 150-170 PAR. 85% of my tank is zoas. I am trying to find a sweet spot for everything without hurting the corals, would you say a target of 170 ? Being measured by apex PMK, using reef breeders Photon V2

Check out Dana's MACNA talk from 2016. To summarize the light part, photosynthetic saturation occurs at about 115. If you go too high, it becomes inhibiting. Recommends PAR of 100 - 200.
