Here a video I made today.
I was getting WILDY different readings from my Seneye Reef vs my Qpogee MQ-510.
If you have a few minutes, let me know what you think? And WHY is there such a huge difference
in readings?

Thank you

Nice video. That is strange how they're off so much from each other. Watching the BRS videos they were a lot closer. Makes me wonder why there's such a huge difference. Not sure what the radions are set at intensity wise, but my photon V2's are set at 35% on channels 3,5 and 6. And channels 1,2 and 4 set on about 10% ... 3,5,6 are the blues and UV channels. 1,2 are red and green. 4 is white. Lights mounted 8 inches above the water. At this intensity I'm getting about 250 Par at the top right below water level and about 100 at the bottom. That's actually right in line with the manufacturers Par levels also. So I'm thinking the Apogee is pretty close. For comparison, here's an old pic when I was taking measurements. The aquascape has changed a bit from this pic, but you get the idea. Tank is 22 inches deep.

I have the Radion XR15W G4 PRO set at AB+ and intensity at 30% if I remember correctly.
The T5s are: two ATI Coral Plus and two ATI Blue Plus.

Could my Sensor be bad?
Or my something wrong with using my WinBook for the software?
Hmm, I might have to ask Seneye to watch the video and see what they think?

Could be a bad sensor possibly. I honestly don't know much about the Seneye. I kind of avoided because of the whole software thing and needing a computer to use it. I am curious to see what Seneye would have to say about it! I went back and watched the brs videos again. Should be a lot closer than what they're reading. Hope you get it figured out!

I heard back from Seneye Support abd they asked for photos of the sensor.
Does this look weird? Should it be ROUND or SMooth?

Good question. Hopefully, they can better answer that question. Did you direct them to your video?

-*UPDATE*-

After working with Seneye support for a few days and sending them more images they said:
from this we can see the window is damaged and therefore would result in inaccurate readings

They are sending me a replacement unit and I will rerun the test for a new video.
Because of this I have removed the current video, since it's not fair to use a bad unit.

Seneye support was very helpful.

That is good news. Looking forward to the new comparison video.
