PAR Meter Rentals

Hi all, does anyone know of any alternatives to BRS for renting a PAR meter? I guess demand was high, because the price has gone from $50 to $70. I realize this isn't an unreasonable amount, but I'm having trouble justifying it when I'll be using it so briefly.

If anyone has one in the Westchester, or Manhattan, areas of New York, that would be even better.
