par meter usage question MQ-200

I borrowed MQ-200 par meter, this is my first time measuring par. I have radion Xr30 G4 pro. I use light cycle on my apex wxm. My question is when do I take the reading, my common sense tells me to measure it during the peak hours , is that correct? my peak on lasts from 10 am -5 pm, so any time in that window? Thanks

Yes. But I would also check periodically pre peak times & post, it'll give go a good indication of your Par-spread.
