Par questions AI SOL

I have an AI SOL with all 70 degree lenses mounted 12" AWL. tank is 24" deep. So 36" from lights to bottom of tank. Can anyone give me an estimate of how much PAR they would be at my current settings of W:70%, B:80%, and RB: 85%? and what they would be pushing at all 100%? I have no way to get a PAR meter and am curious if my settings are way over, about right or under....

Here are the only numbers I ran when I had my Sols:

AI Sol Super Blue, 80% power, 12" AWL, all 70 degree optics, center of fixture, depths are given below water line:
3" = 360
6" = 250
10" = 215
18" = 150
18" offset to side of fixture by about 6" = 85
