Ok I understand anemones and sps corals do not like parameter swings. So is a water change going to be enough swing to hurt it? Right now my calcium is 420. Alk is 10.5 and mag 1350. Do I need to check my make up waters calcium alk and mag and dose to get the levels the same before changing out the water? Or will it be enough to hurt it.

It depends on how much water you want to change? 10% change should not affect much. I think you will be using the same salt stock for water change.

Do you think my alk is alittle high or should it be fine? I'm dosing Esv bionic. my calcium is 420 but wouldn't it be better if my alk were more around 9?
