Just noticed this spot of white
E392859F-2293-4B77-8FCA-AAA45AD1BA42.jpeg
on a clown today. It looks almost like a popped pimple. He does seem to be favoring the fin on that side and not using it a whole lot. Eating fine water perimeters are normal. All other live stock look normal.

Possibly Lymphocytes.. kinda hard to tell with that pic though. Lympho is generally harmless and goes away on its own..
Think a wart with us...

Looks like a bacterial infection. There is redness next to the white spot which is indicative of infection.

I recommend using Kanaplex, Metroplex, and Furan-2 all together in a QT. Treat for 10-14 days.

Injury and/or infection. Qt and treat with antibiotics asap.

Good luck
