This was my first private buy on R2R and was really nervous.Paul walked me through everything and even touched base with me on the phone.We agreed on a ship date and a tracking number was sent.The packaging was epic and the cups felt like tank water!Frags are good and healthy-already glowing in the tank!Thanks man! A++++++
