I have a new saltwater tank is 13.5 evo about 4days now I tested my ammonia it’s high is that normal for a new tank

Welcome! Yes that is normal. Typically you don't want to add anything until it drops to 0. Usually takes at least a few weeks.

Welcome to R2R!!! It’s not uncommon for a higher than normal ammonia reading in a 4 day old tank. Tank is starting its cycling.
