Got some pics today from www.customaquariums.com of my tank being built.

All that is remaining is to have the aluminum frame built and installed, as well as the overflows and returns. Once that is all complete they will be ready to crate it up and get it ready to ship.

Can't wait to see how this progresses. I've always wanted a wall partition tank one day. But after seeing these peninsula tanks on here, I'm thinking that this may actually be what I want. And I would think that it is probably somewhat less of a hassle than a wall piece.

That's a gorgeous looking tank!

Several years ago I bought a DSA 175g with back center overflow and built it into the wall between the living room and spare bedroom. I had a neighbor build a frame to make it look like a picture hanging on the wall...turned out great. It did have it's drawbacks. Only way to access the front of the tank was from the back and was a P.I.T.A. and you could only view from the front. Skip ahead to now...I bought the same tank and had the overflow put on one side and set it up as a peninsula. I'm in an apartment and set it up to separate my computer desk from the living room area and now get to enjoy it from 3 sides and cleaning / accessing all areas of the tank is soooo much easier.

Looking forward to seeing this one. I'm curious about how it will look with the aluminum frame.

very nice!
What kind of returns are those / type of overflow?
The Overflows are the H2Overflow Designed by the tank maker, So far, I think I am going to like them. They take up little room and are working well. Once the water clears from the sand, I will post some video of them in action.

Returns are their 3/4" Siphon Stopper and work well. Lets the return be under the water but not drain the tank when the pump cuts off.

Just got the WAV's working last night. Neptune had to give me a Beta test firmware, but after that they were working well. I still have to play with the different modes to see where I want them. They move water thru the entire tank.
