Pax Bellum N18 LED Failures

Been working great for several months. However last few weeks I noticed dead chaeto turning into slime at the bottom. First thought it was a flow problem but it was normal (Syncra 1.5 at full). LEDs looked fine from top but noticed in Apex the wattage draw was unusually low.

Took the LED out and turned it on briefly outside housing, the bottom LEDs were very faint with 1 or 2 diodes out…

So turns out Pax Bellum doesn’t have an actual website? Has anyone tried using their support or warranty?

I can’t even find the N18 LED array for sale anywhere. .. this was a $700 piece of gear, hope their support is good.

Just an update, contacted them through their info on Facebook and it was quickly resolved. Highly recommend their service and advice!
