I sold a light right after Thanksgiving and thought it was a tech and was a Lumi version. I instructed buyer to return for a refund and placed the refund in my account to assure upon reciept buyer got immediate refund.
I called PP to let them know it showed up and in same condition I sent it and they had the audacity to charge me a $15 dispute charge. . . Excuse me? There was no dispute. Im sorry if they lost their fees but as I called them and told them- I REFUSED TO PAY THIS AND AFTER 14 YEARS THEY CAN CLOSE ACCOUNT.
They of course removed it but apparently their latest scheme to make money
