Paypal question when buying on R2R

Hey random question- does anyone know if the pay 4 times option can be utilized when buying something from a vendor on here?? Like the option that spaces the payment out over four weeks so it's not all at once

I think that would probably depend on the vendor? I'm not totally familiar with that option on PayPal.
