It is not shipped and a shipper does not have possession of anything, a intermediary has it, Staples IS NOT a shipper. Maybe he doesn't have a Staples near him. UPS, FedEx and the USPS are closed and nothing is accepted at any of them.

Yeah you got really impatient this does set not a good example for other buyers cause they also might file a claim within a day if a seller doesn’t “respond” and that is totally unreasonable cause things happen. PP if you paid as buying goods or services had you covered for a good amount of time you should have known that.
